Suspects motor vehicle theft Cherry Road (mpd)

MEMPHIS. Tenn. — Two men are wanted for stealing an unknown amount of money and important documents from a vehicle.

On May 23 at approximately 11 AM, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) responded to a theft call in the 1500 block of Cherry Road.

When officers arrived, the caller told police that while the business was opening for the day, his vehicle was burglarized.

Surveillance footage showed a man opening the passenger door, and a second man standing nearby.

The two suspects fled the scene on foot.

The victim said money and important documents were taken, police said.

Suspect #1 is described as a man, 5′8-6′0, 18-25 years old, 130-150lbs, short hair twist, dark skin, brown GAP hoodie, black pants, and black/gray shoes.

Suspect #2 is described as a man, 5′8-6′0, 18-25 years old, 140-170lbs, white t-shirt, blue jean pants, and white shoes.

Investigators need help in identifying the suspects responsible.
