She can do a pristine headstand.
Lady Gaga is in full-on tour-prep mode, and has been equally busy performing at her residency in Las Vegas. But the "Just Dance" singer, 36, took a second to snap a mirror selfie (with her toned abs in clear view) and share a message with her fans on Instagram about how excited she is to go on tour again. In the post, she is rocking a casual pair of sweat shorts and a hoodie, complete with black shades.
"Happier than eva…wishin u joy so excited for tour, ready to live that stadium life again ❤️," she captioned the pic.
Famous radio DJ Michelle Visage commented, "CAN’T WAIT TO GO!" and Gaga's stylist, Tom Eerebout, wrote, "Wooooooooop".

To stay in tip-top shape for all her shows, Gaga has a hardcore workout schedule. She works with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who helped her prepare for her Super Bowl performance in 2017 with some TRX work.
He's worked with Gaga since at least 2011, when he shared with Us Weekly that he trains Gaga five times a week for 35-minute strength sessions.

And her routine also includes yoga, which she has been practicing since 2004. She started with yoga when she was still a student at New York University, her teacher at the time, Tricia Donegan, shared with the New York Times.
Gaga clearly continues to work on her yoga prowess, and she posted a pic back in January of herself doing an impressive headstand.

Gaga takes her workouts outside, too. She is an avid equestrian (a full body workout similar to Pilates, yoga, or surfing, per People!), and even shared a badass pic during quarantine of her rock climbing adventures.

As for her diet, Gaga has reportedly taken a personal chef (who also happens to be her childhood friend, Bo O'Connor) on tour before. O'Connor told The New Potato that Gaga eats "mostly healthy" and is "really disciplined on tour." She will do "half-cheat meals" like gluten-free pastas and dishes with lots of vegetables and quinoa. The House of Gucci star loves a good Italian meal, O'Connor said.
O'Connor also told The Feast all about her breakfast habits. "It would usually involve some type of eggs or egg whites, definitely vegetables, a lot of vegetables, and sometimes Greek yogurt or different types of fruit, or healthy granola," he said. "If [Gaga] was in the mood for French toast or something sweeter, we would make a healthier version of that for her."
We NEED the French toast recipe, Gaga!
